The Westchester Bluegrass Club was born from a shared passion for bluegrass music and a vision to bring exceptional acts to an intimate, local venue. Thanks to the dedication of Mike Burns, Ben Freed, and Michael Rosenthal—along with the support of friends—the club has been hosting memorable concerts at the Purdy's Club House for over 15 years.

 

Each evening kicks off with an open jam session, followed by an open mic, and concludes with a featured headlining performance. Esteemed musicians like Tony Trischka, Barry Mitterhoff, Jen Larson, and Grant Gordy have graced the clubhouse stage, creating unforgettable musical experiences.

 

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with both audience members and musicians bringing food, drinks, instruments, and their shared passion for bluegrass. This collaborative spirit creates a unique community in Westchester County, where music lovers of all ages and skill levels are warmly welcomed.
